I started working at ezetop 3 years ago and since then, I’ve had the pleasure and opportunity of performing different jobs with different responsibilities. I was first hired as the Marketing Manager for LATAM, where I was tasked with the implementation of marketing strategies and working hand in hand with the Operator team to grow routes and create awareness in the US about our product. A few months into the role I was offered the chance to expand my position, which I saw as an opportunity to grow my knowledge and expertise of the market. As a Marketing/Account manager I would manage key accounts, and put a strong emphasis on increasing channel performance and launching new products.
With this new responsibility came challenges that I hadn’t experienced before in my professional career. Through them, I was able to learn new skills and build great relationships with my accounts. I’ve realized that it’s a responsibility I really enjoy. I am currently filling the role of Account Manager and also provide support on Marketing strategies to the entire Americas team.
It’s been a pleasure working with ezetop all these years, due to my colleagues and the great environment. We have a strong team in the Americas and I’m confident that we will continue doing great things in the industry.
I started as a Fraud Executive in ezetop in September 2012. Working here has been a great learning opportunity and in just over a year and a half I’ve seen first-hand the impressive growth of the company. The company is a very positive, energetic place to work. The managers are very supportive of employee development and there is plenty of opportunity for both personal and professional growth in the company. We’re encouraged to speak up if we have any ideas, so you really feel like your input can positively impact the day to day work in the company.
In May 2013, I was promoted to Fraud Team Lead and am now responsible for organising a 24/7 team of 10. In the short time I’ve been here, the support and opportunities I’ve had are far more than I could have expected at the start. I’m excited for the new projects coming up and to continue to grow in the company.
I started with ezetop in November 2012 as a Helpdesk Technician Intern, which was a great way to get to know most of the people in the Dublin office. Currently I work in the Technical Operations team as a Windows System Administrator, having moved to this team in November 2013.
My experience working here has been an extremely positive one. At ezetop, there are frequent opportunities for career progression and many colleagues have been promoted or even changed department.
The informal culture is one of the best things about working at ezetop. There’s always plenty of work to do but everyone just gets on with it and the environment is invariably positive. Employees regularly socialize together and the Sports and Social club organise events most months.
I joined ezetop in October 2012 as a Pricing Analyst. After 9 months I was given the opportunity to manage and lead the pricing team at ezetop, when I was promoted to the position of Pricing Manager. I am now responsible and accountable for every price set across ezetop’s global network.
I really enjoy the day-to-day challenges that come with such a responsibility and relish every day working in such a fast-paced and dynamic company.
After a busy day at the office, I enjoy nothing more than going for a run and put this passion to good use last summer when I founded ezetop’s very own running club, the ezerunners!
