Playing our part to help mobilise liberian diaspora for ebola relief

Send Airtime to Liberia

We are dropping all fees on transactions sending credit to mobile phones in Liberia. The gesture is made in an effort to enable Liberians living abroad to send support home to their loved ones as the country battles the Ebola crisis.

Dublin – 6th August 2014 – Ding formerly ezetop, the world’s largest international top-up provider announces today that it is dropping all fees on transactions sending credit to mobile phones in Liberia. The gesture is made in an effort to enable Liberians living abroad to send support home to their loved ones as the country battles the Ebola crisis.

Speaking of the crisis Ding CEO Mark Roden commented; “We are keen to do whatever we can to help our Liberian customers at this difficult time. By dropping our fees for the month of August we hope to make it even easier to send top-up directly to mobile phones in Liberia. A topped-up phone is a powerful tool at times such as these as it can help families stay in touch and gives people access to all important information about the terrible disease.”

The Ebola outbreak originated in Guinea in March 2014 and has since killed almost 900 people in Guinea, Sierra Leone and Liberia. For the estimated 500,000 Liberians working and living abroad desperate to help in some way, Ding formerly ezetop, offers a fast, efficient and safe way for them to let their friends and families know they’re thinking of them.

Details of the promotion can be found on Ding.com
