Customers taking part in this competition will be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions
1. By accepting the prize the winner grants ezetop the right to use and publish his/her part of his/ her name and to conduct an interview as ezetop may choose (including but not limited to the internet) for advertising and promotional purposes without additional consideration.
2. These terms and conditions apply to the “Tell Us Your Story competition', run by ezetop from the commencement date of 8th of April 2014, 00:01 GMT On - going. In order to participate in this competition, participants must send an email to [email protected] telling us their story about how Top Up has changed their life. Each story must be accompanied by a photograph or video of the participant and contact details: full name, address and contact information. Each participant must agree to be contacted by phone and interviewed by ezetop in conjunction with the competition.
3. The person/persons who submit the an interesting story will win $100 USD free recharge and their story will be published on the ezetop.com website.
4. Competition is not open to ezetop employee’s contractors or their families. ezetop reserves the right not to award a prize (and to select an alternative winner) if ezetop is aware or has reasonable grounds to believe that a winner is not eligible. No purchase is necessary. Participants may enter the competition free of charge. Entries will not be refunded.
5. Participants entering this Competition will be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions. Participants may enter the Competition more than once. In the event that a participant enters more than once, they will only be eligible to win one prize.
6. To be eligible to enter the Competition, participants must be over 18 years of age and ezetop may request proof of age. Participants may be resident in any country in the world.
7. ezetop’s decision in respect of all matters regarding the Competition is final and binding
8. Entries must be strictly in accordance with these terms and conditions and any other conditions in the messaging or promotions around such competition otherwise they will be invalid.
9. Entries from agents/syndicates/ third parties are invalid. ezetop reserves the right to disqualify any participant if it has reasonable grounds to believe the participant has breached any of these terms and conditions. In the event that any winner is disqualified from the competition, ezetop may, in its sole discretion, award the prize to another participant. In this event, any further entrant will be selected on the same criteria as the original winner.
10.ezetop accepts no responsibility or liability for entries or information relating to entries that are lost, late or incomplete.
11. Winners will be notified by phone or email. In the event that the winner is unable to avail of the first prize, the prize will be forfeited and ezetop may, in its sole discretion, award the prize to another entrant. The decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
12. Each prize is as stated in any messaging or promotions advertising such competition. No other alternative and no cash alternative will be offered. Each prize is non-transferable.
13. ezetop reserves the right at its sole discretion to alter any prize or substitute any prize for any reason and without notification. In the event that a winner declines the prize awarded to him/her or ezetop is unable to contact a winner after reasonable efforts have been made, ezetop may, in its sole discretion, award the prize to another participant.
14. Participants retain copyright in their entry. By entering the Competition and/or by accepting a prize, each participant, winner and his/her companion grant ezetop the right to use and publish his/her part of his/ her name, story and photograph in such media as ezetop may choose (including but not limited to the internet) for advertising and promotional purposes without additional consideration including for our new brand DING!
15.ezetop will not accept responsibility for defective or unsatisfactory goods or services won as prizes and any complaints must be referred to the relevant supplier. A winner must comply with the suppliers’ own terms and conditions
16. The promoter of the competition is ezetop, registered under the laws of the Republic of Ireland (company number 422514) and whose place of business is Floor 2, Brooklawn House, Shelbourne Road, Ballsbridge, Dublin 4, Ireland.
17. A prize is taken at your own risk. ezetop shall not be liable or responsible for any direct, indirect or consequential loss, damage, disappointment or injury which might occur to any participant, any winner or any other person with whom the winner shares or gives a prize. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ezetop shall not be liable for any loss, damage or injury to any participant, winner and other person with whom the winner shares or gives a prize or their property however so arising caused by or in connection with the competition or any prize awarded. ezetop shall not be liable or responsible for any problems or technical malfunction with computer on-line systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment or software, failure of any email or entry to be received on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet, or at any web site, or any combination of these, including any injury or damage to participants or any other person’s property including their computer or mobile telephone related to or resulting from participation in the competition
18. ezetop will under no circumstances whatsoever be liable for any delays, changes, cancellations, disruptions, diversions, substitutions or unavailability of a prize due to conditions affecting the availability or enjoyment of a prize.
19. ezetop reserves the right to alter, amend, suspend, withdraw or terminate the competition or amend these terms and conditions at any time for any valid, technical or commercial reason.
20. By entering the competition participants agree to the processing of their personal information by ezetop and any supplier of a prize for the purpose of the competition, any associated publicity or administering a prize. Where a participant furnishes ezetop with the personal information of another person (including his/her companion) the participant confirms that he/she has received that person's consent to the processing of such information by ezetop for the aforementioned purposes.
21. The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by Irish law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Ireland.
